Chelischev Piotr Ivanovich 14.08.1745-25.09.1811

Retired Second Major, traveler, literary man. Studied at the Page Corps and Leipzig University with A.N. Radischev. When retired, traveled to the north of Russia where erected the first monument on the birthplace of M.V.Lomonosov. Described his impressions of the tour in the "Detailed Diary of My Travel".
Buried alongside his illegitimate son Piotr Petrovich Lischev (1782-1808).
